City Centre Tidy Up!
I was assigned to a job of tidying West Bromwich city centre on behalf of landlords, by a charity. The job included lots of strimming, hedge trimming, taking away the waste, etc.. To complete this rather large job there were four of us, and we worked on each section at a time. This job was intrinsically rewarding in that we were happy with the various clearances we did. The job also included collecting rubbish such as empty crisp packets, empty drinks cans and and sweet wrappers. It was an absolute pleasure to do this job. Not many people are given the opportunity of tidying a city centre!.
